The Organization for Contemporary Art and Curatorial Practices Press to Exit from Skopje is pleased to invite you to the public presentation of the international project
Pathways to Creative Careers / P2CC, supported by the Erasmus+ program of the European Union.
This event will present the results and vision of the project, which focuses on training and supporting youth educators in the field of creative and cultural industries, with a special focus on mentorship and accessibility for young people from marginalized communities.

About the Project:
P2CC – Pathways to Creative Careers is a transnational cooperation project within the Erasmus+ KA220-YOU (2024) framework, bringing together five organizations from Sweden, Spain, North Macedonia, Italy, and Croatia.
The project aims to:
• Strengthen the capacities of educators working with young artists and creatives
• Develop models for individual and group mentorship
• Provide tools, methodologies, and resources to navigate career opportunities in Europe’s cultural and creative industries
Project activities include:
Digital needs assessment and development of a methodological framework
Transnational co-production lab and online workshops
Creation of a guide and handbook with case studies
Exchange of best practices via a platform for mentors and educators
National and final dissemination events
